‘Mum and I had the most amazing escape to the Barossa Valley with Jen and Jeremy. They were the greatest hosts, looking after us as we rode their prize-winning endurance horses around the stunning vineyards, sampling all the local fare! My highlights would have to be galloping Princess Tikka through the magic pine forests and enjoying some amazing views, food and wine with a great bunch of people!’
