Returns Policy - Horse Riding Holidays and Safaris

Returns Policy

Firstly, thanks for buying from our GT shop. As a testament to the quality of our GT merchandise, we currently offer a FREE 45 DAY RETURNS policy, so that any product you buy from us can be returned to us for any reason within 45 days of purchase. Just as long as the product is in its original condition, you can return your product for a full refund, store credit or exchange.

Please note:

1. In relation to refunds: the refund is for the product/s and will not include your original freight costs or credit card fees. Your refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your returned product.

2. In relation to exchanges: we will only cover the return costs one way, so for exchanges, please send the product back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to you. This is only applicable to returns received within the FREE 45 Day Return Period. Returns outside of this period may incur extra costs.

3. International returns may incur extra costs {see below}.

4. In the very rare occasion a product is found to have a manufacturing fault, please contact us to organise for repair, replacement or refund. In the case of a genuine manufacturing fault, we will cover all shipping costs. There is a 12-month manufacturing guarantee on our leather chaps, safari bag, travel wallet and hip flask.

If you wish to return a product to us, the product must be returned, unused and undamaged, in its original received condition. We cannot provide refunds, credits or exchanges for custom made or personalised products.

We understand that buying online can sometimes be challenging. We also understand that sometimes you simply change your mind. Our returns policy is designed to put your concerns at ease, so that you can shop with confidence. If you have any questions about any of the above, please don’t hesitate to email

***IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International Orders.
