‘The El Rancho Ride was so special; a short and convenient flight from the US brings you to a charming and chic guest ranch outside Mexico City. The accommodations are clean and well maintained, with a rustic feel—think self-lit flame gas heaters in your room and watching the sunrise every morning over the cacti-strewn horse corrals. The food was incredible; the chefs ensured we did not go hungry with fresh, authentic Mexican meals daily. The hosts were gracious, kind, and willing to go above and beyond in terms of flexibility for their guests. The horse herd provided something for every rider type—from fast and furious to calm and bomb-proof. The team was open to you challenging your riding ability by switching up horses as often as you’d like while still managing to match your skill set and desired ride type. I rode five horses over seven days! The breathwork and meditation practice was such a special bonus and beautiful accompaniment to the trip. Bree was an incredible teacher and helped us understand the basics of breathwork for first-timers, and how to go deeper into practice for those who had experience. It was really transformational. The trip was so special, and we had an incredible group of friends when we walked away!’
