‘If you love horse riding and good food and wine, you will love The Shoalhaven Ride! Tiffany and her parents were amazing hosts at Champagne Hill – and what a location nestled amongst the national park. The Shoalhaven area has some amazing wineries and eateries and all of our meals were amazing – I don’t think I could single one out, I loved them all! The horses were all well suited to their riders and the other guests were great fun. I rode Shiloh, who was a delight, and I loved the bitless bridle so much I’m even thinking of trying it on one of my own horses. Galloping at sunrise on Seven Mile Beach and the high tea at the lookout were my two favourite experiences.’
