‘Amazing riding, views, leadership, and food – even the trifle without custard, IYKYK. I couldn’t have been happier with the guides. Their support, knowledge, awesome stories, games, help, food, and even singing were real standouts. Every day was my favourite; the views all outdid themselves! The camaraderie and the support between the riders was awesome. The sum achievement of getting around the ride was pretty epic, as was Rick’s singing at the campfire on the Snowy River. I rode Lara; I was expecting the plodder at the back, but that’s not quite what happened – it took a couple of days to figure each other out, but I would have taken her home in a heartbeat!’
