‘This was my first real horse riding experience outside of the odd trail ride here and there. I was a bit worried about whether my body would hold up to four days of horse riding but I am so glad it did. I wouldn’t have missed any of the days for anything. The Tasmanian scenery is always beautiful but to experience it on horseback, and on my horse Jabberwocky, was amazing. He was the ultimate gentleman. I loved him to bits and he took great care of me. All of the horses with Jen and Jeremy are amazing – strong, beautiful and you can truly trust them. The most special moment was getting to the top of the Western Tiers mountain range – a long way up and down, and you have to trust your horse to make the best decision about where to walk – and Jabberwocky did it with ease. I would recommend this ride to everyone with a love of beautiful horses, scenery, and of course fabulous food and wine from Tasmania.’
