‘Being a second time Tassie Tiger Trail rider, I knew what to expect. Things had changed though! There were new guides, Marcus and Ellie. Jeremy and Jen were still around making sure that the transition was going smoothly, so we got the best of both worlds. Marcus and Ellie are just like Jen and Jeremy: exceptional horse people and amazing human beings. Friendly, down to earth, and nothing was too much trouble. I had a great week, met some lovely fellow riders, and most importantly felt safe. Tasmania turned on the most perfect weather and we were bathed in sunshine every day. We ate consistently well, from the salmon farm to the raspberry farm, to the great home made meals at Blakes Manor and the amazing catering boxes. I rode Amber, who was safe, reliable, steady and very surefooted. Each day was a different adventure. All in all, it was a great ride. I’m looking forward to doing the Grape Horse Adventure with Marcus, Ellie, Jeremy and Jen in March.’
