I think is rare to come away from a trip and think that the experience was better than advertised but that is exactly how I felt at the end of the 8-day River Valley Ride. The horses are fit, well trained and truly fun to ride. Our guides, Nicola and Emily made certain that we had the complete experience and never missed an opportunity for a canter or a swim with the horses. The food was excellent and each place we stayed along the way was very comfortable and unique in its own way. Our time at the River Valley Lodge was enhanced by the staff that went out of their way to make our trip special.
