‘Day 3 was such a highlight. We spent the day cantering through fields of poppies and ended up in Bouzy for the night. We stayed in the most beautiful B&B, where we were welcomed with a Champagne tasting. The restaurant that night was INCREDIBLE. Walking to dinner through the town in the golden light of sunset was just insane.’
